If your issue is urgent, do not hesitate to call. The help desk is manned from 8:00am until 5:00pm, Monday-Friday, not including holidays. If you leave a help desk voice mail at at any time, it will be routed to our support team. After hours assistance incurs additional fees, but we will confirm such fees before proceeding with after-hours work. There is never a fee to simply input support requests after hours.
